$100 deposit & personalised QC

You can pay a US$100 deposit to receive quality-control photos and video of the watch prepared for your order before dispatch. We include your name or wording you choose in the QC presentation, so you can identify the material prepared for you.

Contact our team with the model and selected variation to arrange the deposit and your personalised text. Review the dial, case, strap or bracelet and the visible details in both photos and video. Ask us about anything that needs a closer view before shipping. Confirm the deposit arrangements and remaining payment directly with our team before sending funds.

Delivery to your door & customs covered

We dispatch from Guangdong, China. Typical shipping is approximately 10–20 days; QC preparation, customs processing and seasonal demand can add time. The estimate is not a fixed arrival date.

We take responsibility for customs issues and guarantee delivery to your door. Any customs duties required for your shipment are our responsibility, including destinations where payment is repeatedly requested. You will not be left to bear those duty costs. If the carrier or customs contacts you, send us the notice so we can arrange the next step.

Basic water resistance & optional US$100 upgrade

Basic water resistance is for everyday incidental splashes only. Keep the watch away from immersion, swimming, diving and showers.

Enhanced water resistance is an optional service costing an additional US$100. Request it before shipping and ask our team to confirm the use guidance for your selected watch. The upgrade does not imply a specific depth rating or permission for swimming or diving unless the suitability of the individual watch has been confirmed.

• Keep the crown fully closed; do not operate the crown or pushers while wet.
• Avoid hot water, steam, saunas, strong water jets and sudden temperature changes.
• Keep leather straps dry. Clean the watch with a soft cloth and dry incidental splashes promptly.
• If condensation appears under the crystal, stop using the watch and contact support.

One-year quality warranty

We provide one year of warranty coverage for quality-related problems. Contact support with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or video.

Our team will provide the designated repair location and shipping instructions. Send the watch to that location only after receiving those instructions. If the quality problem cannot be repaired, we will send you a brand-new replacement watch.

This quality warranty is separate from a change-of-mind return request. Contact us to confirm the arrangements for any cancellation or other return enquiry before sending a parcel.
